Services were held at the Newcastle Assembly of God officiated by Rev. Jack Cleeton and assisted Rev. Carl Wright, the pastor of the Newcastle Baptist Church. He was widely known in Young County for his fine fruit farm. Mr. Cox moved to the Belknap community when it was a thriving community.
