FOUND WIFE DEAD
Mrs. Louis Nihiser of Milam Township
She decorated graves on Saturday
Mrs. Louis Nihiser, the wife of a well known and prosperous farmer of Milam township, was found dead in bed Monday morning about 2 o'clock by her husband.
Saturday Mrs. Nihiser and her son,, Jeff, went to Macon and decorated some graves of the dead members of the family in the cemetery at that place. They returned in the evening and Mrs. Nihiser got supper and seemed as cheerful and lively as ever. She said she was tired and complained of her ankles hurting her. She and her husband went to bed early and at 1 o'clock Mr. Nihiser was awakened by his son who was just getting home from a party. Mrs. Nihiser was lying in the same position she had assumed in going to bed. Mr. Nihiser touched her hand and it was cold.

Mrs. A Nihiser, wife of Lewis Nihiser, was found dean in bed early Sunday morning, at the family home six miles southwest of Hervey City.
Mr. Nihiser discoved at about 2 a.m. that his wife, which was in the same bed with him, had died. The son of Mr. and Mrs. Nihiser had been attending a party and arriving home knocked on the door. Mr. Nihiser arose to let them in and it was then that he discovered that his wife was dead.
For some time Mrs. Nihiser had suffered from heart trouble and frequently had severe spells. Coroner Dawson held an inquest and the verdict was that the woman come to her death from heart disease.
The funeral was held Monday morning.

Cemetery records show she was buried in the Macon Cemetery along with her daughter, Nora.

Abigail was the daughter of John Whitney and Elizabeth Bright.
