Dora and Walter Borden McDaniel were married April 25, 1895 in Blanket, Brown County, Texas. They had seven children of which only two survived to adulthood.

Dora was a sister to James Albert Anderson who was married to Frances Kernelia (McDaniel) Anderson, a 1st cousin to Walter. Dora was also a sister to Alice Alzera Alvarado (Anderson) McDaniel who was married to Thomas Jackson "Uncle Jack" McDaniel who was also a 1st cousin to Walter
The wedding picture of Dora & Walter was in my grandmother's box of pictures and one of her great granddaughters, Pherris (Nichols) Miller sent the picture of Dora and the one of Dora and her daughter, Floye's headstone. Thank you Pherris. The people by the two headstones is Pherris and her mother, Margie.
Dora was my Grand Aunt. She died when I was only three years old, so I cannot remember her at all.
