Funeral services for Rufus Isaac Sipe, 69, were held at the First Baptist Church in Graham officiated by Hubert Foust, the pastor. Mr. Sipe had owned and operated barbershops in Graham for many years. He was formerly located on the east side of the square.
Survived by wife; two sons - Bill Sipe and George Sipe; seven grandchildren; brother - Clem Sipe and sister - Mrs. Audrey Shuler .
He was preceded in death by one brother - Earl Sipe in 1966 who is buried at Chico, Texas and one sister - Mrs. Dona Mitchell.
