Sipe, long-time resident of Graham died following a lengthy illness.
He moved to Graham in 1941 from Chico, Texas. He was a member of the Salem Methodist Church.
Sipe was a veteran of World War I.
Survived by two sisters - Mrs. Tommie Shuler of Graham and Mrs. Dona Mitchell of Salesville; two brothers - Rufus Sipe of Graham and Clem Sipe of Chico.
