Mr. Henry Whitemore White, 87, of Dickerson, died Monday, June 16, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Mary Ethel Garner White.

Born in Dickerson, Mr. White was a son of the late Mansfield and Ella W. White. Mr. White was a retired farmer from the upper Montgomery County area.

Surviving, besides his wife, are one brother, Wellstood White, Georgia; and one sister, Elizabeth W. Tipton, Kensington.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, June 19, from St. Peter's Episcopal Church, Poolesville. The Rev. George P. Timberlake will officiate. Interment will be in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville. Arrangements made by Hilton Funeral Home, Barnesville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 344 University Blvd. West, Silver Spring, Md. or the American Heart Association, (Montgomery Chapter) 7847 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, Md.
