Daughter of Henry A Baker & Rebecca Arnott Robinson of Gallia Co., OH. Married first to Albert Armstrong Sept 15, 1867 in Gallia County, Ohio. To this union a daughter, Ada Armstrong was born in 1870. Ada was married to Philo Ripley in 1891 and died in 1898.

Louvisa Baker Armstrong was married second to William James Hively Feb 19, 1872 in Gallia Co, OH. To this union the following known children were born:
Rena Minerva, Laura Bell, Sarah Virginia, James Emmet, Nora, Mae Pluma, Ernest, Myrtle, Roma
