Assunda Luckette, 83, of Arizona, formerly of Fairmount, passed away Friday, February 12, in Arizona. Born in Syracuse, she was a 1944 graduate of Solvay High School. She worked for Hughes Aircraft in California for many years before retiring in 1980. She was predeceased by her husband, John P. Luckette, in 2004. Surviving are son, Mark Luckette of Laughlin, NV; a sister, Theresa Buda of CA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME. Private burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 2601 Milton Ave.
