MRS. CARMELLA DEMPERIO CHIAVARA, 72, of 209 King Ave., Solvay, died yesterday at State University Hospital after a short illness.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Anthony Pagano of Fairmount, Mrs. Frank Buda of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. John Luckette of California; a son, Carl Chiavara of Camillus; eight grandchildren; a brother, George Demperio of Solvay; two sisters, Mrs. Angelina D’Ono of Argentina, and Mrs. Anna Maria D’Orio of Italy; several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Bagozzi Twins Funeral Home, 2601 Milton Ave., Solvay, and at 10 a.m. in First Christian Assembly Church, the Rev. Alfred Palma officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt.
Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
