"Alex Tribune, Alex, Grady Co., OK, Thursday, April 3, 1941:

A. G. Click

Funeral Services At Minco Thursday - The high school auditorium at Minco was almost too small to hold the great number of friends who were there to pay their last respects to Albert G. Click, Grady county pioneer who passed on at an Oklahoma City hospital the first of the week.

Born in Arkansas on January 8, 1860, he moved with his parents to Sabine county, Texas where he grew to young manhood and was married to Miss Ella Johnson, who survives.

Mr. Click was a participant in the run of 1889, and in 1901 moved to a farm west of Minco. In 1904 he entered the milling business in Minco. In 1915 he bought the farm west
of Alex and lived there until the first of January last when he purchased a farm in Osage county and moved there. He was a man of many friendships, and was loved and highly respected by everyone who knew him. Gentle voiced, but firm in his convictions and able to present a clear picture of such convictions, he was a leader in his community.

Beside Mrs. Click, twelve children are left to mourn his passing. Walter, Creed, George, Bert, Jack, Willis and Alba Click, and Mrs. Maude Albright, Mrs. Beulah Garis, Mrs. Clara Brown, Mrs. Tera Smith, Mrs. Gladys Smith, twenty-five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Ref. F. D. Grover of Maysville spoke words of comfort to the bereaved family and friends, and told of the contentment of the life beyond, which lasts for all eternity."
