Missouri Death Certificate #16516 states father is James A. Lancaster and mother is Magie Johnson (incorrect, his mother was Telitha America Johnson). Informant was his sister Altha A. Williams (Altha Adeline Lancaster who married Sylvester "Vester"Williams). As indicated by his death certificate he was living with his sister at 1523 Palm Street, St. Louis, Missouri at the time of his death. He is listed as divorced.

Correct name of David Albert Lancaster instead of the David Albar Lancaster as stated on his MO Death Certificate is derived from his World War II Draft Registration that was taken on 25 April 1942 in Detroit, Michigan.

He did NOT marry Maud/Maude Barton in Shannon Co MO. That Maud/Maude Barton married a David AUSTIN Lancaster.
