Peter L. Moe was the son Of Peter and Sarah Moe. Peter was born in New York state, probably Genesee County, When he was a young man his family moved to Eaton County, Michigan. On Jan.21,1844 he married Julia MacArthur. They had 1 daughter Juliette. Julia died when Juliette was a baby and Peter then married Sarah Hawley. They had children;

In 1854 Peter and his family were living in
Iowa and sometime in the 1860's made their final move to White Cloud, Missouri.

While the rest of the family moved out west Peter stayed behind with his father Peter Moe who was getting older.

Peter died in Missouri never making it out west with his siblings.

Peter was my Great Grandfather's brother..
