Services are scheduled Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Center Springs Methodist Church for Edward D. Breeding, 71. Mr. Breeding passed away Wednesday at his Somerville 1 home following an 11 months illness.
Rev. Robert Heaps will conduct the service. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery,Mutual Service directing.
Mr. Breeding, a native of Morgan County, has been a veterinarian in the county for 40 years.
Survivors include: the widow, Mrs. Mattie Breeding; two daughters, Mrs. M. C. Long, Danville, Mrs. Joe Osborn, Gadsden; six sons, Clyde, Sylacauga, Clifford and Tommy, Somerville, Melvin, Clinton, Mich., Hollis, Nashville, Jay, Hartselle; one sister, Mrs. Floyd Lyle, Somerville, and 21 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Lonzo Turner, Paddy Lyle, C. H. Breeding, H. F. Allen, Roy Newman and Irby Powell.
