Son of Wade Hampton and Charlotte Slatten.
Harrison agreed to sign Oath of Allegiance but died of pneumonia before he could. "Scouts" were considered "spies," usually captured at or near home. His capture coincides with suspected birth date of daughter, his (identical twin) sons believed all their lives that that their father had been executed as a spy.
