FORT WORTH -- J.R. "Roy" Rainbolt, 95, a retired wholesale produce dealer, died Saturday, Feb. 8, 1997, in Fort Worth.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Greenwood Funeral Home. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park.
J.R. Rainbolt was born Nov. 15, 1901 in Bosque County. He was a member of Southside Church of Christ for 60 years. He was also a member of W.W. Peavy Masonic Lodge. He was owner of Rainbolt Produce Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Harriet Marie Rainbolt.
Survivors:Sons, James Arthur Rainbolt and his wife, Quin of Fort Worth and Robert Roy Rainbolt and wife, Joan, of El Paso; brother, Chester Rainbolt of of Fort Worth; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
