Ice Reeves Cummings, 72, of Littlefield died about 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25 after an illness of about five years. A farmer west of Wellington for many years, he moved to Littlefield in 1935 and continued farming there for a long period. He was retired at the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Vera Mae Cummings of Littlefield; two sons, Winston of Amherst and Ted of East Hampton, N.Y.; four brothers, Frank of Littlefield. Palo of Wellington, Logan and Bill of Austin; two sisters, Mrs. Jewell Powell of Amarillo and Mrs. Flossie Neeley of Wellington; and five grandchildren.
