Mrs. Zepha Leona Stogdill, 73, died at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at her home.

She was the daughter of Louis M. and
Martha Stogdill , born in Davis County on April 22, 1897. A resident of Bloomfield most of her life, she lived in Kansas for 18 years before moving back to Davis County seven years ago. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

She first married Pearly Bowman in June 1915. He died in 1930. On No. 18, 1932, she married Orda L. Stogdill. He survives.

Other survivors are three sons, Leo Bowman
of Trenton, Iowa, Charles Bowman and Donald Bowman of Mount Pleasant; two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Gillispie of Trenton and Mrs.
Dorothy May Throckmorton of Ottumwa; four stepchildren, Paul Stogdill of Bloomfield, Walter Stogdill and Mrs. Alice Mae Ritz of Ottumwa and Mrs. Margaret Stogdill of Bloomfield; several grandchildren and one brother, Leonard Stogdill
of Bloomfield.

The body is at the Wagler Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Mar. 15, 1971 at 2:00 p.m. The pallbearers will be her grandsons, Charles Ray Bowman, Ray Dean Gillispie, Danny Stogdill , Gary Stogdill, Robert Throckmorton and Robert Sowden.
