> COLORADO CITY, SEPTEMBER 9, (RNS) ~~ Urda Dee Wulfjen, 73, prominent Mitchell County farmer and rancher for 63 years, died suddenly at his Colorado City home Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m.
> Funeral arrangements were incomplete Thursday night.
> Mr. Wulfjen was born August 9, 1875 at Round Rock. He was married to Buena Vista Bassham December 31, 1916.
> He was the recent past president of the Loraine Co-operative Cheese plant, vice president of the board of directors of the Sweetwater Production Credit Association, a director in the Lone Wolf Electric Co-operative, recently resigned president of the Federal Land Bank in Mitchell County, and a steward in the Methodist Church for 37 years.
> Survivors include his wife; his mother, Mrs. J. D. Wulfjen of Colorado City; a daughter, Mrs. Felon Harrell of Colorado City; a son, James Dee Wulfjen; two brothers, Bert Wulfjen and Sam Wulfjen; two sisters, Mrs. E. H. Winn, all of Colorado City and Mrs. S.H. Wallis of Tucson, Arizona.
