Margaret was born to Arthur McNally and Josephine Snider on 17 Aug 1871. At St. Joseph's church in Reading Township, on 20 Oct 1896 Margaret McNally married Peter W. Kemmerer, by Fr. J. Kennedy, O.P.. Margaret and Peter moved to Columbus, Ohio and had three children, Josephine, Alice and Paul B..

Margaret was the first child of eleven children for Josephine and Arthur.
