Wilma, was born on the Outer Banks of North Carolina to Bessie Potter and Dewey Gillikin.
She was a resident of Northfield, and owner and proprietor of Wilma's Beauty Chalet for forty five years. She was a member of Chelsea Baptist Church for thirty seven years and Ocean City Baptist Church for twenty one years.
Because of her southern heritage, she referred to herself as Northfield's "Steel Magnolia". She traveled extensively worldwide and shared her love of the Lord with everyone she knew. She loved life and her family - especially her dear friend of 62 years, Lydia Cropper.
Survivors include her two daughters: Barbara Patterson and Sharon Schiffer (Bob); six grandsons: "Brian, Duane (Kim), and Corey Patterson, Robert (Aimee), Andrew (Antonia), and Jeffrey Schiffer; her only granddaughter, Cheryl Pisechko (Don); eleven great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was predeceased by her husband of forty seven years, William; two sisters and three brothers.
Interment in Zion Cemetery, Egg Harbor Township.
