Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 16, at 10am in Ashdown, AR. for Boyd Walker, 49, of Ashdown. Graveside services and burial were at Mt. Joy at 2:30pm. He passed away Saturday, December 13, at 3:30pm following a heart attack. He was born March 11, 1926 in Huntsville, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jason Walker.
Survivors include his widow, Allie, of the home; a son and daughter-in-law, Gary Boyd and Jackie Walker, Ashdown; a daughter and son-in-law, Dorothy and Charley Clem, Dallas, Texas; three sisters, Mrs. Ellis (Geneva) Keck, Huntsville, Mrs. Donnie Bloss, Fayetteville, and Mrs. Imogene Bailey, Hawksville, GA; and a brother, Ottis Walker of Ashdown.
