Son of the late Emlyn and Sarah Ethel (Montgomery) Hepburn. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Kenneth, John and Charles; three sisters, Amy Halliday, Sally Bersock and Elizabeth Haught; infant brother, Garfield; infant sisters, Carolyn and Isabelle.
Survivors are his wife, Wilma (Barritt) Hepburn, whom he married on Feb. 14, 1946; his son James of Apache Junction, Ariz; his daughter Judith (William "BC") Davis of Steubenville; two grandchildren, Kathleen and Richard and one great-grandchild Justin; his sister, Eloise Sheilds of Garretsville, Ohio.
He served his country during WWII in the U.S. Marines, where he received a Purple Heart and numerous other citations.
