Urbana Octogenarian Expires
As Result Of Paralytic Stroke.

Jacob W. Taylor, 80, died at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at his home, 305 Johnson avenue, death having been due to a paralytic stroke.
The deceased was born near Boston, O., on January 1, 1843. In October of 1880 he came to Illinois and since November of 1914 had resided in Urbana. He was a farmer.
Besides the widow, Mrs. Louise Taylor, there are five children living: Mrs. Wilbur Webb, Mrs. May E. Collings; Mrs. Ella Sullivan and H. B. Taylor of Urbana and Mrs. Myrtle Masey [Lacey] of Homer. One sister and one brother also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock on Tuesday morning form the home with Rev. R. T. Hickerson in charge. Interment will be made in the Davis cemetery at Fairmount.
