Mrs. Rebecca Elizabeth Boren, age 95, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. A. J. Hamilton of near Huntsville. Funeral was conducted by Rev. Cecil Garrison at 2:30 p.m., June 12, at the Brashears Funeral Home chapel and interment was made in the Alabam cemetery.
The deceased was a native and lifelong resident of Madison county, Arkansas, being a member of a pioneer family. Besides Mrs. Hamilton she is survived by two other daughters and three sons, Mrs. Laura Stubblefield of Okmulgee, Okla., Mrs. S. A. Hart of Tulsa, J. H. Boren of Denison, Texas, and Wm. E. Boren of Nampa, Calif. There are forty grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
All the children were present at the funeral except the son in California.
