FUNERAL RITES ARE HELD FOR MRS. MARY JONES

Relatives and friends have returned to their homes after attending funeral services for Mrs. Mary Jane Jones at the family residence near Moselle.

Interment followed in the Sellers cemetery. The Rev. S. B. Harrington, pastor of the Moselle Baptist church, officiated.

Mrs. Jones, who was 73 years old, is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Etna Fleming of Waynesboro, Mrs. May Ryley of Beaumont, Texas, Mrs. Gladys Swartzfager of Laurel, Miss Maude Viola Jones, county health nurse of Port Gibson, Mrs. Ada Atwood and Mrs. Felma Thompson of Moselle; three sons, Johnnie Jones of Petal, Grady Jones of Port Arthur, Texas and Howard Jones of Moselle; two brothers, John J. Sellers of Wiggins and W. G. Sellers of Moselle and 22 grandchildren.

Pallbearers were: B. F. Thompson, Paul O. Swartzfager, S. E. Fleming, Earle L. Smith, Garland Atwood and Byron Wade.

Among out-of-town relatives attending in addition to the immediate family were: Mr. and Mrs. Byron Wade of Beaumont, Texas.
