MRS. JOE CORNETT

Rebecca Christina Louder (Sluder) was born in North Carolina Nov. 8, 1871 and passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur Miller at Humeston, Iowa, March 31, 1944 at the age of 73 years, 4 months and 23 days. When she was 18 years of age she was united in marriage to Joe Cornett.

She leaves to mourn her passing six children. Three girls and three boys, George, Kenneth and Clarence of Centerville, Iowa, Mrs. L. G. Grant of Granger, Mo., Mrs. John Pettis of Van Wert, Iowa and Mrs. Arthur Miller of Humeston, Iowa. Sixteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, other relatives and a host of friends. Her husband and three sons preceded her in death.

When she first moved to Humeston she was united with the Methodist Church of which she was still a member at the time of her death. She was an active member of the church and will be greatly missed by all.
