CHESTERTON, May 16 – Mrs. Mary Korytoski, 81, died Wednesday at midnight at her home in Pinney's Park, on the north side of Chesterton. She suffered a stroke Saturday, but had enjoyed good health until that time.
The deceased was born on January 21, 1859 in Poland. She was married there to William Korytoski on November 11, 1884. After a few years, the couple came to this country and 53 years ago moved to Pinney's Park.
Surviving in addition to the husband are six children, Andrew who lives at home, Mrs. Clyde Cole and Mrs. Stanley Lee, both of Chesterton, Frank of Porter, Mr. Alfred DeCook of Chicago; Mrs. Edward Craig of Whiting; 22 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Two sisters, Mrs. Frank Wieland and Mrs. Tom Gallas reside in Michigan City.
The body is to be returned to the ___ home from Flynn's undertaking parlors on Friday. Friends may call and time of the memorial services are to be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Rev. E. F. Eisenhardt is to officiate. Burial is to be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
