Mrs. Opal L. Speer, 81, of Allenbrooke Nursing Home, died Tuesday at Germantown Community Hospital-Methodist East after a long illness. Services will be at 2 pm Friday at John W. German Funeral Home in Hayti, MO, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery there. She was a Baptist. Mrs. Speer leaves two sons, Ralph E. Speer of Memphis and Roland Speer of St. Louis, a brother, Robert L. Walsh of Hardy, AR, and four grandchildren.
