She was a member of the Carlisle Methodist church (sic). She was a graduate of the Maryland university training school for nurses and served in the Spanish-American war (sic) and the World war (sic) I.
She is survived by two brothers, also a sister. She was a grand-niece of H.J. Cornman, former Altoona councilman.
