EDGERTON — Edwin O. Rousch, 58, of 407 Pleasant St., World War II veteran and lifelong Edgerton resident, died early today in University Hospitals, Madison, after a brief illness. Born in Edgerton Jan. 8, 1908, the son of Edward A. and Bertha Schumacher Rousch, he had been employed at the local fire station in recent years. A member of the city fire department the past 35 years, he had been truck driver for 15 years. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, American Legion and Conservation Club. He married Luella Peterson in Rockford June 13, 1930. Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Stanley Laskowski and Mrs. Bob DeVoll, and two sons, Thomas and Edwin R., all of Edgerton; nine grandchildren; his father, Edward, four sisters, Mmes. Helen Hartzell, Lorraine Murwin, James Arthur and Allen Peters, and two brothers, William J. C. and Albert, all of Edgerton and area. Burial in Fassett Cemetery.
