Vivian Walker, 75, of Woodville, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2004 at Woodville Convalescent Center. Funeral services were held Saturday, June 5, at 2:00 p.m. in Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville with burial in Fairview Cemetery near Woodville. Officiating was her son, Brother Robert Walker.

Serving as pallbearers were Adam Walker, Bobby Walker, Earl Blanchard, Clint Walker and Roger Evans.

Vivian was born Oct. 12, 1928 to J.C. and Beulah Bourriague in Port Neches. She had lived in the Woodville area for the last seventeen years and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Emma Walker of Woodville; four sisters, Irene Blanchard, Dot Carnahan, Lil Evans, all of Port Neches; and Juanita Wade of Joplin, Missouri; three grandchildren, Bobby Walker of Japan, Adam Walker of Woodville, and Amber Walker of Korea; one great-grandson, Emmitt Lewis.

Services were under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home of Woodville.
