She was the daughter of Joseph Constant Bourriague and Mary Beulah Chauvin Bourriague; was a lifelong resident of Port Neches and a member of First Baptist Church of Port Neches and also a member of Eastern Star. She passed away at Cypress Glen East Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Carnahan, Jr., daughter, Dorothy Ann Thomas, and sister, Vivian Walker.
She is survived by her son, John Carnahan and wife, Karen ; sisters, Irene Blanchard, Lillian Evans, and Juanita Wade; three grandchildren, Terre Zeigler and husband, Chris; Tara Carnahan and Jonathan Carnahan; great grandchildren, Ellis Zeigler and Evan Zeigler.
