The following is taken from the East Haven Register, compiled by Stephen Dodd, Pastor of Congregational Church in East Haven, 1824: "Hezekiah, m. Lydia. They came from Milford to Southend about 1704 (wrong date), and afterwards removed to Canaan, Litchfield. They had Hezekiah, Abiel, Joel, Lydia, who married Amos Morris, 1745; Rebekah, who married David Leavitt; Abigail who married Joel Northrup; Sarah (died), Samuel, who was an eminent minister of the Gospel in the town of Ridgefield, where he died."
