Cecil T. Quire was taken to heaven Thursday, February 19, 2004 peacefully while at home in Everett, WA.

Cecil was born June 30, 1944 in Mishawaka, Indiana. He is survived by wife of almost 30 years Debbie, sons; Shannon and Dominic, daughters; Heidi and Cynthia, also survived by sister, Chris in Alaska, brothers; Michael in California, Joseph in Colorado, and Scott in Alaska, and grandchildren Cassidy, Hailey, Carson, Ashlyn, Dillon, Hunter, Payton and Holden.

He legally changed the spelling of his last name before serving in the Navy from Quier to Quire. Cecil served in the United States Navy and worked as an electrician for IBEW 191. He was a member of Snohomish Community Church.

Cecil was loved and cared for by his family at home. He retained his sense of humor and his love of family and friends. Cecil passed from Cancer.

The memorial service will be held at Snohomish Community Church, 13622 Dubuque Road, Snohomish on Sunday, February 29th at 3:00 pm.
