On Thursday, November 30, 2017, Charles Joseph Quier, known by family and friends as "Joe," passed away suddenly due to heart complications at the age of 67 years. Joe will forever be remembered by his wife and best friend, Win; their children, Jeremiah Quier of Tulsa, Amie (Chad) Arfsten; and grandchildren Trevor, Katie and Justin of Colorado; brothers, Scott (Tami) Quier of Alaska and Mike (Pam) Quier of California; and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Cecil Quier and Mary Benbow; his brother, Cecil Quire; and sister, Chris Purvis.
A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, December 7 at 2 p.m. at Arrow Heights Baptist Church, 3201 S Elm Street, Broken Arrow.
