Inez was the daughter of Thomas Osborn and Josephine Walston Bell. Her parents are buried in Bell Cemetery. She shares a stone with her husband, Edward Ross Rawls who preceded her in death. Their sons, Dennis Raymond Rawls and Thomas Edward Rawls are also buried in Bell Cemetery. Inez was residing in Palestine, TX at the time of her death there. She was survived by one son, Donald Wayne Rawls of Fort Worth; one brother, Lyman Bell of Palestine; and two sisters, Lonie Bell Miller of Palestine and Norma Bell Moore of Oakwood. Her obituary appeared in Palestine Herald-Press, 18 February 1977.
