ROBERT JULIAN CAMPBELL
Robert Julian Campbell, son of Thomas and Hannah Campbell, was born in Lucas county, Iowa, May 16, 1881, and passed away at his home south of Chariton, July 2, 1953.
Mr. Campbell, longtime resident of Lucas county, is survived by three daughters, Roberta Clothier of Burlington; Bernice Kladstrup of Moline, Ill., and Marlene Montgomery of Corydon; two brothers, William S. of Los Angeles, Calif., and Thomas B. of Savannah, Mo.; one sister, Gladys Cornell of Long Beach, Calif., and six grandchildren. His wife, Maude, preceded him in death four months ago.
The funeral was held at the Beardsley Funeral Home July 5 at 2 p.m., with the Rev. J. Huber Dixon officiating. Interment took place in the Chariton cemetery.
