GOWEN Mrs. Ann Smith Gowen of Folkston, Georgia passed away Friday, March 8, 2002. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Folkston. She was also a member of the Retired Teachers. Survivors include, son, Gregory Gowen, Folkston, GA; two sisters, Elizabeth Jenkins, Atlanta, GA & Cleo Franklin, Athens, GA.; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Saturday, March 9, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at Pineview Cemetery in Folkston. Reverend Gene McCullough will be officiating services.
