NEWBERRY, March 22- (Special)
George Comer Senn, 57, died suddenly, at his home near Newberry. Mr. Senn was born and reared in the Smyrna section of Newberry county and the son of the late David and Emma Stewart Senn. For a number of years he had made his home near Newberry on the Whitmire highway..
He was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, American Legion Post 24 and the Woodmen of the World and was a veteran of World War I.
Mr. Senn is survived by his widow, Mrs. Estelle Kibler Senn; one son, Harold Senn of Pickens; three daughters, Mrs. B. T. Bickley of Newberry, Mrs. Charles Bellone of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Dorothy Bessinger of Charleston; three brothers, Jake and Otis Senn of Newberry and Walter W. Senn of Silverstreet; five sisters, Mrs. Carrie Mae Hendrix, Mrs. Will Wilson and Mrs. Mary Dorroh of Newberry and Mrs. Clinton Lupo and Mrs. David Lupo of Greenville, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon from the McSwain Funeral Home by the Rev. P. E. Monroe and the Rev. S. T. Lipsey. Interment will follow in the Newberry Memorial Gardens.
The body will remain at the funeral home until the hour of services.
