Mrs. Cora D. Heflin, 66. died today at her home on Rt. 2, south of Marshall. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the White Rock Church, near Center. Interment will be in the White Rock Cemetery.

Mrs. Heflin was born Jan. 18, 1881, in Akin. Tex., the daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Crenshaw Davis and James T. Davis, both of Alabama. She was a member of the White Rock Baptist Church.

Survivors are: her husband, G. E. Heflin; four children, H. H. Heflin and A. L. Heflin of Marshall, Mrs. J. O. Chandler, Klrbyville, and Mrs. Haywood Brannon of Carthage; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
