Elisha Lippencott, a well known farmer, died at his home in Franklin township, Tuesday morning, November 16, aged 74 years of heart trouble. Mr. Lippencot was a son of William and Rebecca Smith Lippencott and was born December 28, 1851. He was united in marriage with Miss Margaret Zook, who died three years ago. He was a life member of the Methodist Protestant church. The following children survive: Thomas (Mary), Brant (Edna), Wilbur (Stella) and Guy (Ruth) Lippencott and Mrs. Harry (Nettie) Crayne, all of near Waynesburg, and Benjamin Lippencott, of Washington. He also leaves two brothers and a sister, Benjamin F. (Sarah) and I. K. Lippencott and Mrs. Anne Bell, of Waynesburg, R. D.
