Clarence Lester Gardner, 77, died Monday at the Elkview General Hopsital, Hobart. Services will be Wednesday, 2 p.m., at Peoples Funeral Home Chapel, Lone Wolf. Burial will be in the Blair Cemetery under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home.
Gardner lived many years in the Sentinel area working in construction. His first wife, Fay, preceded him in death in 1981. He married Odessa Perry Jan. 25, 1982.
Survivors include his wife, Odessa, of the home; two step-daughters, Marie Ward, Wichita Falls, Texas, and Dortha Lawley, Sentinel; two brothers, R.C. Gardner, Medicine Park, and Hick Gardner, Altus; four sisters, Pearl Anderson, Blair; Jewell Hendricks, Medicine Park; Bernice Carroll, Altus, and Helen Hudson, El Paso, Texas; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren....
