"Missoula Youth Drowns in Pool
"Hamilton (AP) --- Harold Lynn Allred, 17, Missoula drowned in a home-made swimming pool 12 miles northwest of Hamilton Wednesday evening.
"The drowning was the 19th to occur in Montana this year and the 11th water victim in the past month.
"Allred was visiting at the ranch home of his aunt, Mrs. Ethyl Daniels and was swimming in a pond across the road from his aunt's home.
"The boy dived into the pool and drowned almost immediately. His aunt plunged into the water after him, but was unable to get him out of the pool.
"She drove to a neighbor's where the Hamilton Volunteer Fire Department was summoned. Firemen recovered the body.
"Allred was one of the 13 children of Mr. and Mrs. Roulon Allred of Missoula."
