He was born in San Augustine, Texas on July 18, 1846, the son of Charles Bridges; mother's name unknown by informant. Mr. Bridges was preceded in death by his wife, Mary. He was a retired farmer. His body was cremated and buried in Mission Burial Park South with Riebe Und. Co. of San Antonio in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Bridges lived with his daughter and son-in-law, Fannie Bridges DeNoon and Joseph Elmer DeNoon.
