Katherine B. Loughran, Active in Church Work

Mrs. Katherine Boswell Loughran, 65, a lifelong District resident, died Monday after a long illness at her home, 3916 Harrison street N.W.

Mrs. Loughran had been active in church work here for years. She was a member of the Sodality of the Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament and also belonged to the Ladies of Charity.
She leaves her husband, Joseph Loughran; two daughters, Mrs. Katherine Schwarzenbach, of Pasadena, Calif., and Mrs. Mary Loughran Clayton, of the Harrison street address, and four sisters and three brothers, all of the District.

Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow at her residence. Requiem mass will be at 10 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
