Orris and Venia was the parents of 7 children, Carol Lou Fair Ledbetter, Eleanor Sue Fair Ontiveros, Wynonna Rozell Fair Thompson Maye, Gus Orris Fair, Jr., David Fair, Donna Fair Henderson Perry and Ronald Fair. He was so proud of his 11 grandchildren: Alton, Kimberly and Mike Ledbetter, Nina Ontiveros, Denise, Vanessa & Wendell Thompson, Tammy Fair, Rhonda Fair, Michelle Henderson and Rhonda Fair. He worked many years for his brother Hoyt Fair and for Dixie Clay. In his later years he was hindered by diabetes.
