Louisa was born in November-1831 the daughter of Mary Cheairs & Nathaniel Scott.
Lousia Grand Parents were Nathaniel Cheairs and Sarah Rush Cheairs of Spring Hill Tennesse this was a Wonderful and large family.

Lousia would meet and later marry Dr. Doxey in Tippah Co, MS. Dr. Doxey apparently died around 1860 leaving Louisa with three young Doxey children.
She then married Wm. Pennington in 1861.
