The daughter of John Thomas and Rosie L. Kirkman Waldrop, she was born at Braggadocio March 14, 1896, and lived there all of her life. She was an active member of the Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Charles C. Wilcox of St. Louis and Paul E. Wilcox of Blytheville; a daughter, Mrs. Alberta Higgins of St. Louis; three sisters, Mrs. Beulah Adams, Mrs. Ethel Terrell and Mrs. Tommy Bruton, all of Braggadocio; 15 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
