Mandy spent almost her entire life in Baxter County, Arkansas. She did, however, briefly live in (or at least very near) Pine Bluff in Jeffeson County, Arkansas--which is where her only daughter was born.
On 26 June 1910, she was united in marriage with Benjamin Franklin "Bennie" Foster in Baxter County, Arkansas. This was a first marriage for the both of them. To their union, four children were born: Lotus Armston (b. 1911; d. 1996), Ruby A [a son, not a daughter] (b. 1912; d. 1915), Virginia May "Virgie" or "Ginny" (b. 1915; d. 2000) and Charles Thurman (b. 1916; d. 1956).
Sadly, Mandy left Ben a young widower sometime during the year of 1919 while they were living in Baxter County, Arkansas. She was laid to rest in the Table Rock Cemetery there. Her young son, her parents and some of her own siblings are also buried there.
