Died at Good Samartian Hospital. He lived on Old Llewellyn Road with his son George Micklo Jr. His wife Margaret passed away 1984 at the age of 62. He left behind 3 son's Leonard, of New Minersville Wayne of MarLin, George Jr. of Llewellyn and a daughter Margaret (Micklo) Minchoff of Pottsville. 6 grandchildren in Minersville, & Pottsville, 2 greatgrandchildren in Florida. He worked at Parrish Steel in Reading for years until the plant shut down. He served in the Army in WWII. Married Margaret Hedges Aug 12, 1939 in Minersville, PA.
